We carefully put together our menu under the theme ‘the journey to the South of Thailand’. We picked ingredients along the way to the south; premium fleur de sel from Samut Sakhon, mackerel from Samut Songkhram, curry paste, and shrimp paste from an island in Trang. Most of the recipes come from the locals in those provinces. You will simply fall in love with your gourmet experience.
